Director Bong Joon-ho's latest film, "Parasite," won the Palme d'Or, the highest award at the 72nd Cannes Film Festival, and is currently nominated for six Academy Awards this year, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Film Editing, Best Art Direction, and Best International Feature Film.

The story, which begins with the encounter of two opposing families - a poor, unemployed family and the family of a wealthy IT company president - takes an unexpected turn and has become an explosive hit, already attracting over 10 million viewers in South Korea. Its popularity extends beyond its home country, with over 1.7 million viewers in France and the seventh-highest grossing film of all time in the US. It also became the first Korean film in 10 years to surpass 1 billion yen in box office revenue in Japan.

"Jajanguri"
While the story is impressive, the "Jajang Ramen" featured in the film is currently creating a buzz. Known as "Jajanguri" in Korea because it's made with two types of instant noodles, "Chapagetti" and "Neoguri," the flavor stimulates your appetite the more you eat it. It's a dish that's become all the rage in recent years.

Both "Chapagetti" and "Neoguri" can be purchased in Japan via the Internet. It's easy to make with just three ingredients, so why not give it a try?

■Ingredients
・200g-300g beef (The higher the quality of the meat, the closer it will taste to the one in the movie)
・Chapagetti
・Neoguri
・500ml water

■Directions
1. Add the Neoguri and Chapagetti noodles and toppings to 500ml of water and boil for 5 minutes.
2. Fry the diced beef.
3. Add the two types of soup powder to the boiled noodles. *The Neoguri flour is quite spicy, so adjust the spiciness to your liking.
4. Add the beef to the well-mixed noodles and drizzle with the olive oil provided.
5. Gently mix over low heat until done.
