The Yokohama Strawberry Festival 2020, an event that will turn the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse area into a strawberry hue, will be held in the Event Square for 11 days from February 6th to 16th.
Strawberry Cafe "Strawberry Croissant"
This year, the Strawberry Cafe, where you can relax in an open, glass-walled space, will make its debut, selling sweets and drinks made with luxurious seasonal brand-name strawberries such as "Ichigosan" and "Saga Honoka" from Saga Prefecture. There will be a wide variety of strawberry-themed menu items, including the "Strawberry Croissant," a croissant filled with strawberries and whipped cream, and the strawberry-flavored "Strawberry Lemonade."
Flipper's Stand "Miracle Souffle Pancake Pudding (Amaou)"
A special tent will be hosting the popular annual "Strawberry Market," where 23 stores will be selling everything from food to miscellaneous goods. They will be selling limited-edition strawberry sweets that can only be found here, as well as miscellaneous goods such as strawberry-themed accessories.
FLIPPER'S STAND, which will be opening for the first time, will sell limited edition sweets using strawberries on the "Miracle Pancakes," which have a new fluffy texture and a smooth, fine texture, with a moist dough that melts in your mouth. In addition, all stores selling strawberry sweets will sell "strawberry x chocolate" sweets to liven up the Valentine's season. These sweets, which are only available at this time of year and made with seasonal strawberries, are the perfect treat for yourself or as a gift for someone special.
