This time, the set comes in three flavors: "Chocolate Cinnamon," which is inspired by Toraya Cafe's specialty, "Azuki Bean and Cacao Fondant," and combines bean paste and chocolate in a balanced way with a touch of cinnamon; "Matcha," which has a rich matcha aroma; and "Caramel," which is made with salt from France and is reminiscent of salted caramel.

The "An Paste Chocolat Chau" is a chocolate chau made with single-origin chocolate from India, available exclusively at Toraya Cafe. The chocolate used is from Minimal, a Tomigaya-based craft chocolate maker that travels to cacao farms around the world and handcrafts its chocolate from beans in its own workshop. First, savor the fruity tartness of the rare chocolate selected by Minimal, then enjoy the unique chocolat chaud flavor of Toraya Cafe, completed by mixing in bean paste.
