Hayami Mokomichi will be holding an exhibition, "Hayami Mokomichi Food Trip: The World of Cooking in Ginza Mitsukoshi," from January 15th to 27th at Ginza Terrace on the 9th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi, where he will express his own culinary worldview as art.


The exhibition will feature photographs of many of Hayami's dishes and recipe notes, as well as a system kitchen he produced specifically for the occasion and art panels using ingredients.




The "ANNIVERSARY CAKE & KITCHEN" booth will feature commemorative cakes and kitchens filled with Hayami Ryu's way of enjoying food. The system kitchen is a special space that Hayami not only produced but also worked on the layout and painting. The size is lower than a regular kitchen, making it a photo spot where people of all ages can enjoy taking photos.

“MOSAIC ART & At the "MOVIE" booth, photos of 2,000 dishes that have been created to date are posted on a board, and a mosaic art piece is created by everyone, as well as a video of the chef cooking. Hand-drawn illustrations are also featured on the walls.




In "GALLERY & RECIPE," a welcome gate inviting you on a "food journey" is set up, and hand-written recipe notes and artwork made using ingredients are on display, allowing you to sense his passion for cooking.




At the venue, don't miss the "SHOP," which brings together merchandise in collaboration with Hayami and select items. The lineup includes a variety of kitchen items, such as chopsticks made from olive wood for different purposes and colorful plates.



In addition, Minoru Shokudo, run by JA Zennoh on the 9th floor, will be offering a limited number of original menus supervised by Hayami. On January 22nd, there will also be a Dinner & Talk Show (dinner and drink fee: 4,000 yen), where you can enjoy behind-the-scenes stories about the exhibition while eating dishes that make generous use of domestic agricultural and livestock products, with a focus on ingredients from Tokyo. You can enjoy "enjoyable food" by eating stylishly and deliciously.
