A pop-up store for Toraya Cafe An Stand Ginza will be open on the first floor of Ginza Sony Park for a limited time from December 3rd to March 1st, 2020. You can enjoy freshly boiled shiratama mochi and dishes made with the Ginza store's original bean paste.

"An Paste and Shiratama Mochi" is made by generously topping a large, freshly boiled shiratama mochi with "An Paste (Simple)" made at the permanent an paste direct sales store on the third basement floor of Ginza Sony Park, and sprinkling it with salty rice crackers for added accent. It's the perfect snack between shopping trips in Ginza! You can also share it with a friend.

We also sell sweet red bean soup in a convenient drinking cup. "Anshiruko" is thickened with Yoshino kudzu. In addition to the rich "Plain" flavor of smooth bean paste, we also offer monthly flavors that combine ingredients that complement the bean paste. "Coffee" will be available in December, "Amazake" in January, and "Keemun Black Tea" in February. Perfect for a relaxing break or a drink after work.
