On April 20, 2023, Dior's fine jewelry collection, "Gem Dior," will launch a total of 14 new jewelry pieces.

"Gem Dior," launched in 2021, takes its name from the gemstone and the sound of the French phrase "J'aime" (I love). This new piece, a continuation of the powerful declaration of love envisioned by Victor de Castellane, Creative Director of Dior Fine Jewelry, further enhances the collection's appeal.

The collection is characterised by sophisticated and ingenious designs featuring irregularly arranged geometric motifs. Small rectangular pieces are elegantly combined and arranged in a rhythmic pattern with irregular highs and lows, creating a highly sensual look.

Once again, Victoire de Castellane's diverse sources of inspiration underpin this aesthetic. Gem Dior is inspired by the vast geological formations of minerals and the inherent geometry of raw stones. The design's resemblance to Christian Dior's large chart boards, lined with miniature fabric swatches, underscores its homage to the Haute Couture Maison and its founder. What was silk, wool, and intricate embroidery for the Maison's founding couturier, is white, pink, and yellow gold, semi-paved, and all-diamond.
