The Marble Lounge on the first floor of the Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku, Tokyo, will be hosting a new dessert buffet, "Alice's Whimsical Christmas Tea Party," from November 15th to December 25th.


It's the season when the city is enveloped in glittering Christmas lights. Hilton Tokyo's new dessert buffet is filled with rich colors and is themed around a slightly magical Christmas tea party hosted by Alice, featuring a variety of Christmas ornaments and miniature decorations. In an exciting space that feels like peeking into a toy box, you can enjoy over 30 new Christmas sweets and savory dishes and approximately 20 types of drinks, accompanied by a mini violin concert.

"It's Christmas, Drink Me"
In addition to "Hatter," a classic Alice in Wonderland treat made with a chocolate terrine inspired by the Mad Hatter, and "It's Christmas, Drink Me," a mulled wine-style treat made with red wine, orange, lemon, cinnamon, anise, and other ingredients, new Christmas sweets will also be on display.

These adorable little sweets, even when served on a plate, include the Christmas tree-shaped "Little Tree & Mini Mini Ornaments." A biscuit topped with rich pistachio and chestnut cream, with a raspberry hidden inside.

Alongside "Aim for the Top Star of the Tree," which features orange and chestnut confit and crushed macadamia nuts enveloped in blond chocolate dulce cream and topped with a star-shaped chocolate, you can also enjoy baked goods such as "macarons," "lime and chocolate eclairs," the Christmas-themed "kugelhopf," and "carrot cake."

In addition to a selection of regular coffees and cappuccinos, there are also 10 types of tea from Ronnefeldt, a premium German tea brand. There are around 20 types to choose from, including teas that go well with desserts, such as "Irish Malt" and "Vanilla Chai."
