This autumn-only Mont Blanc cheese tart is made with cheese dough layered with pulpy blueberry jam and whipped cream, and then a rich chestnut cream made with Italian chestnuts is squeezed into the shape of a Mont Blanc. It is finished off with a large chestnut in its skin. The elegant chestnut, white, and purple cross-sections are truly autumnal.
