Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store will be holding the "Mitsukoshi British Exhibition" for two weeks, with Part 1 from September 4th to 9th and Part 2 from the 11th to 16th, in the event hall on the 7th floor of the main building. Part 1 will focus on shops where you can experience British tea culture, and you can enjoy a tea time that gives you a taste of Britain's "current" culture, either by eating in or at home.

Jane Hutton will be visiting Japan from the world's oldest bakery school, founded in 1894. "The British Afternoon Tea" (4,860 yen including tax) will be available, allowing you to enjoy the traditional taste of "quintessential British afternoon tea."
Other items in the lineup include the "Queen of Pudding & Earl Grey Teacake Set" (2,268 yen including tax), which is limited to 80 sets each on Sundays and Mondays and features a special teacake and Queen of Pudding set, made for the first time in Japan, selected from the vast recipes preserved at the National Bakery School, and "The British Cream Tea" (1,620 yen including tax), which is limited to 200 sets each on Sundays and Mondays and features scones made using a special recipe.

Huffkins, which was founded in the Cotswolds in 1890, will be offering the "Early Autumn Cream Tea" (1,620 yen including tax), which features traditional scones made with plenty of milk that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, as well as the "Degustation Set" (2,268 yen including tax), a platter of three sweets limited to 80 sets per day.
Lington's, a long-established tea merchant, will be introducing the world's first milk tea stand. In addition to enjoying the "British Tea Merchant's Milk Tea" (with ginger biscuits, 432 yen including tax), an authentic British milk tea made with the utmost care by a skilled tea blender, there will also be a limited edition of 50 "Everyday Teapots" (4,860 yen including tax). We also recommend the chewy "Scones" (291 yen including tax) from the five-star hotel "The Langham London."
