The facility consists of SHIBUYA SKY, a rooftop observation deck located on the 14th and 45th floors, offices on the 17th to 45th floors, SHIBUYA QWS, an industrial exchange facility on the 15th floor, and commercial facilities from the 2nd basement floor to the 14th floor. Shibuya Sky, an observation facility boasting a panoramic view from approximately 230 meters above Shibuya's highest peak and one of Japan's largest rooftop observation spaces at approximately 2,500 m², has employed the Rhizomatiks Design division of Rhizomatiks Co., Ltd., a creative group that has attracted global attention, as its production planner. Through three zones - SKY GATE, an elevated space from the 14th to 45th floors, SKY STAGE, a rooftop observation space, and SKY GALLERY, an indoor observation corridor on the 46th floor - the facility will create an extraordinary spatial presentation and a sense of freedom that can only be achieved above Shibuya.

At "SKY GATE," you can enjoy an interactive experience using approximately 30 square meters of LED lights installed on the ceiling, and an immersive elevator that travels between the ticket counter on the 14th floor and the 45th floor, where images on the ceiling and 3D sound are synchronized with the speed and gravity, creating an extraordinary feeling.
At "SKY STAGE," we offer a variety of performances and activities to help you enjoy a 360° panoramic view of Japan's famous landmarks, including Mount Fuji and Tokyo Skytree®. There's a space where you can lie down on a net and look up at the sky, and you can enjoy 18 searchlights illuminating the heavens.

In addition, on the 45th and 46th floors, a souvenir shop called "SHIBUYA SKY SOUVENIR SHOP" will be opening, stocking original products. The cafe and bar "Paradise Lounge" on the 46th floor will offer an original menu in a space inspired by Shibuya's Scramble Crossing. It will also be a music bar with a spectacular view of Tokyo.
