Starting March 15th, Pierre Marcolini will be offering limited-edition spring menus at its Ginza flagship store and Nagoya cafe. The theme for this spring is "Strawberry & Rose." The menu includes a variety of items, including the "Strawberry & Rose Parfait," "Strawberry & Rose Éclair," and "Brussels Waffle - Strawberry & Rose," as well as the cherry blossom-themed "Cherry Blossom" parfait. Each menu item features Pierre Marcolini's original couverture, paired with seasonal strawberries and fragrant roses. These spring-themed dishes will be available at the Pierre Marcolini Ginza flagship store and Nagoya cafe until April 30th. The "Strawberry & Rose Éclair," "Shortcake Chocolat Blanc," and "Tarte Chocolat Fraise" are also available for takeout, allowing you to enjoy them at home. Please note that due to limited quantities, each menu item may be sold out earlier than planned.
*"Cherry Blossom" will be available until mid-April.

Pierre Marcolini
Born in Belgium in 1964. After training at a number of famous shops, he went independent as a chocolatier. In recognition of his many years of achievement, he was appointed a purveyor to the Belgian Royal Family in 2015. He is one of Belgium's leading chocolatiers.
