Lenotre, a long-established French pastry shop, opened on the second basement floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi in March of this year. Introducing seasonal sweets made with chestnuts, a flavor of autumn!


Éclairs are made with seasonal ingredients. The "Eclair Marron with Blueberries" (650 yen), available for a limited time from August 24th, is an eclair filled with plenty of cassis cream and decorated with chestnut cream. It is topped with blueberries and marron glacés, making it an elegant and luxurious treat.


Also available: "Tartlet Marron" (750 yen), a chestnut tart with a subtle whiskey aroma for a sophisticated taste, and "Verrine Marron and Pear" (800 yen), a chestnut mousse accented with moderately roasted pear and marron glacé.
