Repetto's third fragrance inspired by prima ballerinas

Feb 12, 2015

On April 29th, Repetto will release its new fragrance, "Repetto Eau Florale Eau de Toilette" (30ml/5,500 yen, 50ml/8,000 yen, 80ml/11,000 yen). This is the third installment in the series, created in 2013 with a prima ballerina motif. It was created by perfumers Juliette Karaguzogous and Nicolas Beaulieu. The opening note is rose, which has appeared in all of the previous fragrances. This is followed by the juicy scent of grapefruit wrapped in plum blossom, bursting forth like a prima ballerina. In the middle notes, the rose blends with a bouquet of violet, and the crisp scent of Virginia cedar gives way to dark patchouli. In the base notes, a subtle amber adds a distinctive character to the fragrance.

The bottle's color has been changed to rose sorbet pink, adding a bolder look. Other features retained from the previous version include the rounded silhouette, the long satin ribbon wrapped around the bottle neck, and the letter "r" pendant.

The ambassador remains the same as since the fragrance's debut, prima ballerina Dorothée Gilbert. In the advertising visuals, she is surrounded by a gorgeous bouquet of roses in light pink, bonbon pink, and garden roses, and has a beaming smile.
