PABLO, a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tarts, will release a new summer-only product, "Peach and Yogurt Cheese Tart," on August 1st.


The "White Peach and Yogurt Cheese Tart" (15cm diameter/1,852 yen) is a refreshing-looking tart made with a cheese dough layered with white peach jam and yogurt whipped cream, topped with sweet and juicy domestic white peaches arranged like petals and pistachios.

Served thoroughly chilled, the soft acidity of the yogurt whipped cream and the fresh, rich aroma of the white peach are even more pronounced.

On sale until August 31st. Available at Round One Sapporo Shiroishi Hondori, AEON Mall Natori, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Koshigaya Laketown Mori, Mito Excel, Shin-Shizuoka Cenova, Asty Shizuoka, Kanazawa Mori no Sato, AEON Mall Niigata Minami, (Nagoya) Kintetsu Passe, JR Osaka Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Shinsaibashi, Youme Town Saga, and Kokura Kyomachi.
