WORLD BREAKFAST ALLDAY is a restaurant based on the concept of "discovering the world through breakfast," where you can enjoy breakfast from a different country every two months. From August 1st to September 29th, they will be featuring Norwegian breakfasts.


Norway is a long, narrow country located on the western side of the Scandinavian Peninsula. The western part of the country is home to beautiful glacial terrain and a coastline of fjords, while the northern part, located within the Arctic Circle, is surrounded by a rugged yet majestic natural environment, with midnight sunshine in the summer and bitter cold in the winter, with no sun rising.

Brown bread packed with grains and various types of poleg are essential to a Norwegian breakfast. Poleg is a general term for the ingredients that are put on bread, and in Norway it refers to any ingredient that is put on bread, from uniquely Norwegian ingredients like cod roe paste in a tube, mackerel stewed in tomato sauce, and smoked salmon, to ham, cheese, and vegetables.

This time, we're introducing a one-plate meal that brings together the local staple poleg. The breakfast menu features rye bread and a crispy, grain-rich bread called Knäckebrö, topped with Norwegian national dish, caramel-like brown cheese, cod roe paste known as caviar, Jarlsberg cheese with holes, mackerel stewed in tomato sauce, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs with dill, and blueberry yogurt. Other dishes include coffee from FUGLEN COFFEE ROASTERS in Oslo, Norway, and adorable heart-shaped Norwegian waffles, along with a variety of other uniquely Norwegian drinks and desserts.
