For a limited time only in the summer, Yoku Moku in Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro Main Branch will be offering a cool and refreshing shaved ice made with "elderflower," a type of herb beloved in Northern Europe, and colorful fruits.




There are three flavors available. The lineup includes "Strawberry," which gently wraps the sweet and sour flavor of strawberries in the refreshing scent of elderflower; "Passion Mango," which combines the tropical flavors of passion fruit and mango with the cool scent of elderflower; and "Yuzu," which combines the elegant aroma of yuzu and bitter grapefruit with the soft scent of elderflower.

All are topped with chunks of fruit. The flavors of elderflower and fruit are sure to cool you down in the hot summer.
