"KARL FOR EVER," a memorial event for the legendary designer Karl Lagerfeld, was held in Paris on June 20th during Spring/Summer 2020 Men's Fashion Week.

The grand event, co-hosted by the three brands CHANEL, FENDI, and KARL LAGERFELD, was held at the Grand Palais, where Chanel has often held its shows. The space was bathed in the black and white colors beloved by Karl, and 56 giant portraits of him were displayed, along with a film documenting his achievements.

The event was directed by Robert Carsen, known as a talented director. The event was attended by Chanel ambassadors Tilda Swinton and Pharrell Williams, actresses Fanny Ardant and Helen Mirren, model Cara Delevingne, street dancer Lil Buck, violinist Charlie Siem, pianist Lang Lang... Actors, models, musicians, dancers and other artists who were close friends of Karl Lagerfeld traveled from all over the world to pay homage to him by expressing his love of music and literature.
