The large-scale mixed-use building "Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower" was completed on March 28th in the Nihonbashi/Muromachi area, which is currently undergoing redevelopment. The commercial facility "COREDO Muromachi Terrace" will have its grand opening on September 27th within the building.

Directly connected to Mitsukoshimae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and Hanzomon Line, and Shin-Nihonbashi Station on the JR Yokosuka Line and Sobu Rapid Line via the first basement floor, the facility is located in a new hub connecting the Kanda Station/Tokyo Station area with Nihonbashi. It features a hall and conference room that can be used for various purposes, a lush landscape filled with greenery, and a plaza space with a large roof.

In particular, Coredo Muromachi Terrace, a three-floor commercial area spanning the first and second basement floors, is based on the concept of "A place to spend valuable time," and will provide a new Nihonbashi experience, bringing further excitement to the Nihonbashi area. It will feature 31 stores offering first-class food and carefully selected products and experiences from Japan and abroad, including two stores making their Japan debut, five stores making their Kanto debut, 10 stores making their retail debut, and 10 stores in new formats.

On the second floor, the main tenant will be Eslite Spectrum Nihonbashi, the first Japanese store of the Taiwanese chain Eslite Spectrum. As a "cultural wonderland for daily life and reading," it disseminates creative and diverse cultural information.

The first floor is made up of four zones: the "Square Zone," which brings to life the bustling roofed plaza, the "Chuo-dori Zone," the "Edo-dori Zone," and the "Passage Zone." The "Chuo-dori Zone" is home to eight unique stores, including select shops selling miscellaneous goods and food, as well as shops perfect for souvenirs. The "Square Zone" is home to five stores, including some opening in Japan for the first time, and is a casual cafe and dining zone that blends seamlessly with the roofed plaza, creating an open feeling. The "Edo-dori Zone" is a restaurant zone where you can enjoy a relaxed meal, featuring a lineup of two stores opening in a commercial facility for the first time, perfect for business meetings and entertaining guests. The "Passage Zone" is a dining zone that stays lively until late at night, featuring a collection of unique stores, including some opening in a commercial facility for the first time.

The highlight of the first floor is Neapolitan pizza restaurant Gino Sorbillo Artista Pizza Napoletana. Highly rated by Gambero Rosso, the definitive Italian gourmet guide, and renowned as a charismatic figure in the world of Neapolitan pizza, pizzaiolo Gino Sorbillo is opening his long-awaited first store in Japan.

The B1 floor faces the underground walkway between Mitsukoshimae Station and Shin-Nihonbashi Station, and is home to nine diverse restaurants. The vibrant underground dining zone, the heart of the area, is centered around restaurants offering a variety of ways to enjoy the evening, from a quick drink to dinner, and caters to the needs of workers with breakfast, lunch, takeout, and after-parties.

COREDO Muromachi Terrace allows visitors to connect with the stories behind the objects and experiences on display within the building and appreciate their true essence, allowing them to gather, play, relax, and enjoy a new Nihonbashi experience.
