From May 10th to June 30th, all J.S. PANCAKE CAFE stores, a pancake shop run by JOURNAL STANDARD, will be holding a "Lemon State of Mind" fair featuring Setouchi lemons.
The start of a new season, with the footsteps of summer in the air. The menu features four items in total, including pancakes, parfaits, and drinks.
The "Lemon Pavlova Pancake" (1,180 yen) is a pancake topped with a pure white meringue pavlova and fresh Setouchi lemon. When you cut into the lightly baked pavlova, a tangy lemon curd will ooze out. If you add honey marinade and mix it with the pancakes, the delicious taste of summer will fill your mouth. Topping it with creamy vanilla ice cream (+100 yen) will make it even richer.

"Lemon French Pancakes" (1,280 yen) are French toast-style pancakes made by dipping the pancakes in batter and baking them, and are served with refreshing yogurt cream. The slowly simmered lemon is caramelized along with the pancakes, allowing you to enjoy the delicious rind as well.

The "Setouchi Lemon Parfait" (1,000 yen) is an adult-oriented parfait made with plenty of lemon. It is layered with lemon jelly, lemon custard, and yogurt mixed with the superfood chia seeds, topped with lemon and golden ginger gelato.
