Repetto has collaborated with THIERRY MARX /dining, a bistro in Ginza, Tokyo, overseen by two-star French chef Thierry Marx. The special dessert, "Tutu," will be available only from May 8th to 22nd.


This marks Repetto's second collaboration, following its 70th anniversary, and commemorates the opening of a Repetto pop-up at GINZA SIX, located close to THIERRY MARX /dining, which will open on May 1st.

The dessert, so delicate it's almost a shame to eat it, is based on Repetto's brand concepts of "Lightness" and "Freedom." The base is Repetto's signature pale pink, accented with a dynamic peach tuile resembling a ballerina's tutu. The base is layered with fresh rhubarb compote and pale pink ruby chocolate cream, topped with a coconut and lychee sorbet and a thin, delicate peach tuile reminiscent of organza and lace. The final touch is a sprinkling of gold powder.




The Ginza Six pop-up features a lineup of items focused on gingham checks inspired by Brigitte Bardot's 1960s fashion and the vibrant summer collection. These pointed-toe flats feature a white base with pink gingham checks on the heel and ankle strap, and are an item that can only be purchased at the pop-up.



During the pop-up period, customers who spend over 30,000 yen (tax included) will receive a free logo tote bag as a novelty gift. In addition, on the first day, May 1st, customers will be able to enjoy catered sweets and drinks by Thierry Marx.
