Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the opening of the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo (2-2-1 Yaesu, Chuo-ku) on April 4, 2023. As the eighth hotel in the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts collection, the hotel will bring Bvlgari's contemporary Italian style and captivating experiences to Japan's capital.

The Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Collection, to which the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo belongs, is scheduled to open in Rome (2023), the Maldives and Miami (2025), and Los Angeles (2026), in addition to Milan, Bali, London, Beijing, Dubai, Shanghai, and Paris. The hotel occupies floors 40 to 45 of the Tokyo Midtown Yaesu skyscraper in Yaesu 2-Chome, overlooking the lush, tranquil Imperial Palace, steeped in history, and offering panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline. Named after the 17th-century Dutch explorer Jan Joosten, known in Japanese as "Yayousu," the area has undergone significant development in recent years, making it one of Tokyo's most popular luxury hotels and business destinations. Located within walking distance of the iconic red-brick Tokyo Station as well as the financial districts of Nihonbashi and Marunouchi, the hotel boasts an unparalleled location near Tokyo's top tourist attractions and the vibrant Ginza shopping district. Owned by Mitsui Fudosan, a leading real estate company in Japan, Tokyo Midtown Yaesu is a mixed-use tower housing the Bvlgari Hotel, as well as high-end offices and retail spaces. Like previous Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, the interior design of the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo was handled by the Italian architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel), which embodies Bvlgari's core values of contemporary design, exceptional craftsmanship and elaborate details, creating functional spaces that incorporate the essence of sophisticated Italian style. All interiors have been created with the same attention to detail and precision as Bvlgari jewelry, embodying the distinctive design codes created by this Roman high jeweler.

The hotel's 98 guest rooms and suites are exquisitely appointed, featuring renowned Italian furniture brands such as Maxalto, Flexform, and B&B Italia. The exceptional Bvlgari Suite boasts the best views in Tokyo. Measuring 400 square meters, the Bvlgari Suite features modern Italian design incorporating traditional Japanese elements and cutting-edge technology. It is one of the largest suites in Tokyo and can be connected to adjacent suites to create even more space.

In true Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts style, the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo also offers a wide variety of signature dining options. SUSHI HŌSEKI, also located at the Bvlgari Resort Dubai, offers a one-of-a-kind experience with its exclusive flavors and special atmosphere. Seating is limited to eight seats at the counter overlooking a private rock garden incorporating iconic cultural elements such as pine trees and stone lanterns. Supervised by sushi chef Kenji Gyoten, who earned three Michelin stars at Sushi Gyoten, the restaurant offers unforgettable gourmet cuisine made with the finest Japanese ingredients. Following the traditions of high-end sushi restaurants, the restaurant offers an "omakase" menu, where the chef creates a bespoke menu. The interior design is meticulously modern and minimalist, with a striking single-plank cypress counter, a design inspired by Japanese tradition.

Italian dining at Il Ristorante Niko Romito, overseen by world-renowned chef Niko Romito, who earned three Michelin stars at his restaurant Reale in Abruzzo, Italy, offers a carefully curated menu of contemporary Italian cuisine. The enchanting interior overlooks Tokyo's nightscape and can accommodate up to 80 guests. Located in front of the restaurant's entrance is The Lounge, with comfortable armchairs and a relaxing fireplace, creating an inviting space for everyone to gather.

Across from SUSHI HOSEI is the BVLGARI DOLCI boutique, where you can savor BVLGARI's popular creation, Chocolate Gems, and traditional Italian pastries selected from the menu at La Pasticceria Niko Romito.

Located on the top floor, the 45th floor, is the iconic BVLGARI Bar. Guests can sip signature cocktails indoors, surrounded by a counter decorated with Bvlgari's signature handmade mosaic, recreating the "Garden of Wonders," or enjoy a magical sunset on one of two semi-outdoor terraces. The terraces offer panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline on either side of the bar, as well as a garden lined with citrus trees, including yuzu and lemon, evocative of the Japanese and Italian heritage that coexists throughout the hotel. Weather permitting, guests can also enjoy magnificent views of Mount Fuji, the symbol of Japan. Mount Fuji was the inspiration for the "Mount Fuji Brooch," crafted in gold and mother-of-pearl in 1972 to commemorate Bvlgari's longstanding ties with Japan. This vintage brooch has become the hotel's signature piece. The Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo is also an ideal venue for corporate events, family gatherings, and lavish weddings, in addition to leisure stays. Two dramatic Bvlgari Ballrooms on the 40th floor boast an area of 180 square meters each, three-story high ceilings, and are separated by a glass niche through which a lone pine tree stretches. Customizable layouts are available for large-scale events, accommodating up to 100 guests each, and state-of-the-art technology is available. Offering stunning views of Tokyo, the venue is ideal for special occasions and business events tailored to your needs.

On the same floor as the ballrooms is the Wedding Salon, where couples can realize their dreams of a Bvlgari-style wedding. Bvlgari's dedicated wedding planners will oversee all necessary preparations and management, ensuring a truly blissful day. Adjacent to the Wedding Salon is the spectacular 110-square-meter Terrace Room, whose walls are adorned with a geometric pattern inspired by diamond cuts. It can also be used as a chapel for an unparalleled experience. The 1,000-square-meter Bvlgari Spa on the 40th floor features nine treatment rooms, including one spa suite and two double treatment rooms, as well as a 25-meter indoor pool with stunning panoramic views of the skyscrapers from floor-to-ceiling windows. Featuring wellness treatments and products from Augustinus Bade, the spa offers the ultimate well-being experience, including saunas and baths, as well as the latest treatments, therapies, and grooming menus for both men and women. Additionally, the state-of-the-art fitness center offers custom-made training methods from WORKSHOP GYMNASIUM, a results-driven approach that redefines the very concept of "well-being."
