Yayoi Kusama's 1959 painting series "Infinity Nets," featuring repeating meshes with no beginning or end, was highly praised for its originality in the New York art world, where Abstract Expressionism was flourishing, and Kusama's career as an avant-garde artist was launched in spectacular fashion. This exhibition will feature early works from the "Infinite Net" series, as well as photographs and documents that show the production process at the time, and his latest painting series, "My Eternal Soul." It will introduce the diverse creative trajectory of an artist who, through infinite repetition, attempts to create works that transcend time and space and live forever.

Also on display will be a ladder installation, created from an eternal aspiration, which will be shown for the first time, and a stainless steel pumpkin sculpture, painted in cosmic colors and evoking the infinite and unknown universe, which will be shown in Japan for the first time, inviting visitors into a mysterious world of eternal and infinite expanse.
