BROOKLYN BEAUTY / FASHION LABO, located in the quiet, upscale residential area of ​​Park Slope in Brooklyn, opened its second store in Shinkiba, Tokyo in September 2018.

Brooklyn Beauty / Fashion Lab (hereinafter referred to as BBFL; the Tokyo store is called BBFL Tokyo) promotes sustainable activities through "beauty" and "fashion," the sources of Brooklyn culture. It also serves as a platform for makers and buyers and curates artists.

The store was renovated from a former lumber warehouse. Ascending the stairs from the entrance, where art is painted on canvas on the wall, you will find a space with clean white walls, a high ceiling with exposed beams, and a concrete floor, creating an inorganic atmosphere. There is also a gallery space on the floor, where exhibitions are held once a month.

The gallery is available to the public as a rental space and can also be used for events, exhibitions and as a photo studio.
