FENDI, the luxury brand representing Rome, Italy, has opened a new flagship store in Düsseldorf's famous fashion district, Konigsallee.

Immersed in the world of FENDI, the 460-square-meter space displays the full lineup of both the women's and men's collections across two floors, and the design, which highlights the atrium space with LED arches, is full of aesthetic sense. Fendi's iconic signature features evoke the façade of the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, the monumental building where the brand is based in Rome, creating a spacious and elegant space. The see-through façade, which spans two floors, creates a dialogue between the interior and exterior, maintaining the brand's unique aesthetic without compromising the building's original appearance.

Upon entering the store, visitors immediately notice that the first floor is divided into two areas by a light metal pink staircase and a matching marble floor. A clever use of materials divides the space: on one side, women's leather goods and accessories are displayed on champagne metal shelves with silver metal drawers; on the other, the men's section features niches against a green silk background and a geometric carpet. This references the archives and the designs of Karl Lagerfeld, creating a masculine impression.

A notable element is the floating mirrored glass walkway that connects the glass elevator to the rest of the second floor, which can also be reached by a luxurious staircase, both of which contribute to the special ambiance created by warm lighting that focuses on the products as if they were works of art.

A staircase leads to the second floor, where an open space unfolds, decorated in soft ivory and pink tones with warm gold accents. The second floor is home to the women's ready-to-wear collection, furs and shoes. Overlooking the atrium, the shelves and freestanding elements are crafted from arabescato marble, alternating with gold, evoking a sense of grandeur typical of Roman church architecture.

Additionally, the store will feature a VIP area that is both theatrical and intimate. Featuring azure metal walls and light blue Ocean Storm marble floors, the area can be closed with ivory velvet curtains for a cozy and private atmosphere. The lounge will feature bespoke pearlescent furniture from FENDI Casa, and a virtual sales niche with a marble backdrop hidden behind a movable divider will further enhance customers' in-store experience.
