The outdoor festival "SHAKE HANDS – Unite the Community –," taking place for the first time on November 3rd at the Ueno Onshi Park Outdoor Stage, is a diverse mix of cultures, perfect for Culture Day. Eight artists, including Tamaki ROY, Ohira Mizuki, and YonYon, will perform on stage, and next to the stage will also be the "City Curry Market," a collaboration with Curry Cell, a company that has visited over 3,000 curry restaurants overseas. Five carefully selected Tokyo spice curry restaurants will line up, and a tasting menu is also planned. A wide range of food will also be available, including oden, biryani, and hamburgers.

That alone is a fulfilling lineup, but there are also some unique content options, such as an experiential coffee stand called "C STAND," a secondhand clothing store called "Juyonsai" in Amemura, Osaka, and even "Himitsu-ya," which hardens people's secrets into cement and sells them as objects. There's also a workshop where you can enjoy "New Style Hustle," a new pair dance that originated in New York.
