Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo will be offering a limited number of its elegant and gorgeous special Christmas cake, "Buche de Noel Vanille Framboise," for 2018. A special Christmas course will be served in the store from December 19th to 28th.

"Buche de Noel Vanille Framboise" (14,000 yen including tax) is a special Christmas cake made with layers of raspberry and vanilla, created by the shop's chef patissier, Sylvain Constant.

Modeled after the Chanel Première watch, which was inspired by the design of Paris's Place Vendôme and the bottle stopper of the perfume Chanel N⅕5, the cake features a camellia, one of Chanel's icons, in the center and a beautiful octagonal shape that symbolizes its perfect structure.

Reservations can be made by calling or emailing the store directly from November 1st to the 25th. As quantities are limited, reservations will close once the limited number is reached. Cakes can be picked up in-store from December 20th to the 25th.

From December 19th to 28th, the restaurant will be offering a special Christmas course for lunch and dinner. Executive Chef Kojima Kei will prepare a course that is worthy of a festive table, featuring lavish ingredients unique to this time of year.

Only the Christmas menu will be available on December 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th. The regular menu will be available on other days, but the vegetarian menu will be unavailable.
