The Paris-based chocolate festival, Salon du Chocolat 2019, has been announced. It will take place from January 22nd to 29th, 2019, at the event hall in the basement of the Shinjuku NS Building. Ahead of the event, the official Japanese Instagram account and website were relaunched on October 10th.


This year's theme is "Chocolate is a gift from nature!" The official Japanese Instagram account (＠salonduchocolat_jp) and official website (www.salon-du-chocolat.jp), which opened on the 10th, provide details about the event, including the thoughts behind the theme and participating brands.

Additionally, the chocolates that proved popular at Salon du Chocolat 2018, held in January 2018, will be available for a limited time only on Isetan's official online shopping site (www.isetan.co.jp/sdcsh) from 10am on November 7th to 10am on the 26th. The lineup includes recommended products unique to this season, such as Frank Kästner's Tablet Myrtille and Caramel Paris' Carac Rock Noir. Delivery can be selected between December 13th and 17th.
