"WAKU WORK," the first exhibition by Tsumori Chisato designer Tsumori Chisato, will be held at Gallery 3 of 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT in Roppongi Midtown from October 6th to 24th.
The exhibition will feature archives and collaborative works by fashion designer Tsumori Chisato, who is constantly challenging herself with new creations, as well as prints by Tsumori herself. This year marks 35 years since Tsumori first served as chief designer at I.S. chisato tsumori design, and the exhibition can be seen as a culmination of her work to date.
The brand "I.S. Chisato Tsumori Design," which sparked a huge boom in the 1980s, will be revived at the venue. T-shirts and other items will be sold in limited quantities.
