Each bookstore will act as a concierge, recommending "the one book you should read right now" to FASHION HEADLINE readers. Every Saturday, we will introduce books selected by Shelf (3-7-4 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), a Harajuku bookstore that specializes in foreign books.

■ Dzhk Book 2018: Wolfgang Tillmans
This catalogue accompanies the exhibition of Wolfgang Tillmans' works ("How likely is it that only I am right in this matter?" - October 20), which opens on September 13, 2018, at the Hong Kong gallery of David Zwirner, a renowned gallerist in the contemporary art world.
The exhibition will feature a wide selection of new and recent works that showcase the recent developments in Tillmans' portraiture and still life photography, realizing self-contained environments while simultaneously responding to their surroundings. In addition to these works, this book also includes a 2016 interview with Allie Biswas, which Tillmans himself has edited and expanded.

Few artists have shaped the scope of contemporary art and influenced younger generations more than Wolfgang Tillmans. Since the early 1990s, Tillmans's work has epitomized a new kind of subjectivity within photography, combining intimacy and playfulness with social critique and relentlessly questioning established values and hierarchies. By seamlessly integrating genres, themes, techniques, and exhibition strategies, he expands traditional approaches to the medium, and his practice continues to address fundamental questions about what it means to make photographs in an increasingly image-saturated world.
