SHARE GREEN MINAMI AOYAMA, a facility centered around a lush green plaza and featuring a cafe, shop, and office space, will open in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, in October.


This facility, developed by NTT Urban Development, remodels an existing building and centers around a lush green plaza. Based on the concept of a new "park lifestyle" in the heart of the city, it is a new space that naturally brings together local residents, workers, and the many people in the Minami-Aoyama area. We aim to create a place that will inspire communication through shared greenery and the new value created by sharing nature, transforming the Minami-Aoyama 1-Chome area into a more vibrant neighborhood.


This time, Transit General Office is in charge of production, and the space will consist of a cafe, shop, offices, and a lush plaza space. The cafe will be the company's first original roaster cafe, "Little Darling Coffee Roasters," the shop will be SOLSO PARK, a GREEN & FLOWER market that will be SOLSO FARM's first downtown location, and the office will be "LIFORK Minami Aoyama," the third property in the shared office business developed by NTT Urban Development, with Realgate as its partner.


LIFORK Minami Aoyama is based on the concept of "NATURAL WORK & NATURAL STYLE - Working, relaxing, and being close to nature." It offers offices in the heart of the city where you can experience the tranquil surroundings of nature and spend your time naturally. In addition to 46 office spaces, lounges, and meeting rooms, the building also features a seminar room that can accommodate up to 88 people. The "WORKER'S GARDEN," part of the garden within "Share Green Minami Aoyama," offers Wi-Fi access similar to that available indoors, allowing you to work and live surrounded by greenery. It is also possible to work with pets, and the facility offers a new, seamless way of working that takes advantage of the unique charms of Minami Aoyama, allowing the city and nature to coexist.

In addition, the plaza space within "Share Green Minami Aoyama" will be used to host original events where everyone can share the greenery, and aims to create a lively atmosphere by attracting a variety of events.
