China Room "Chinese Shaved Ice Parfait"
From July 1 to August 31, the Chinese restaurant "China Room" on the hotel's 6th floor will be serving the "Chinese Shaved Ice Parfait." This gorgeous-looking Chinese-style shaved ice parfait is lavishly topped with China Room's popular Taiwanese-style mango shaved ice, mango pudding made with rich fresh mango flavor, almond ice cream, fresh mango, and bird's nest, all inside a hollowed-out papaya. Enjoy the harmony of the rich flavor of seasonal mango, the fluffy texture of Hagoromo shaved ice, almond ice cream, and bird's nest. This is a luxurious "finishing parfait," with the bird's nest also expected to have skin-beautifying effects.
Maduro "Luxurious Parfait Cocktail for Adults"
