The 3rd Shonan T-SITE Bread Festival, an event bringing together the finest bakeries in the Shonan area, known as a treasure trove of bakeries, will be held at Shonan T-SITE on May 26th and 27th.

The theme of this popular event is Shonan bakeries. Bread, Espresso and, which has a store within Shonan T-SITE and sees queues every day in Tokyo, will be selling a lemon-flavored version of their popular French toast as takeout exclusively at the event. Other first-time shoppers include popular local bakeries like Madame Rouge and Pappa Grassen, which offer authentic bread despite being small, and Pan Yubo Kamekichi, which won first place in the bread category on a hometown tax donation website. Also opening are Chigaya, which uses carefully selected ingredients and sells bread and baked goods made with homemade natural yeast, as well as dairy-free and allergy-friendly bread and baked goods; PINY, a bakery and restaurant that offers a delicious bread-filled lifestyle; and others like Bredor Hayama, Kibiya Bakery, and Kanom Pan. While supplies last, so be sure to visit early.
