BA, a facility that creates a variety of "places" where people can connect, opened on May 9th at the north exit of Otsuka Station in Toshima Ward, Tokyo.

BA was established with the aim of creating a variety of "places," such as places to stay, meet up, and live, and by connecting people with each other and with the city, making the daily lives of residents and visitors to the city richer and more fulfilling, with smiles on their faces. As a new community "place," the facility will be divided into three areas at the north exit of Otsuka Station: "ba01," a place to stay, "ba02," and a place to meet up, "ba03."

In addition to "OMO5," a new hotel concept from Hoshino Resorts, popular for its community-based hotel development, the all-day dining restaurant "eightdays cafe" has opened on the first floor.
The name of this restaurant comes from the desire to create a comfortable space where you can feel like there are eight days in a week. It caters to everyone, from takeout breakfasts, hearty lunches, coffee breaks, lively dinners, a drink to finish off a fun evening, or spending time with family on the weekend. In this open, wood-toned store with high ceilings and green accents, you can enjoy a wide variety of sandwiches, including specially-made egg sandwiches that you can choose how they're cooked.
The gathering place "ba02" is lined with bars renovated from old houses, creating a retro Showa-era atmosphere known as "Tokyo Otsuka Noren-gai," while the living place "ba03" is home to "ba apartments," luxury rental apartments that offer a comfortable living environment, including a "roof garden."
Why not come and visit this warm place that always welcomes you?
