Soichiro Ito launched the fashion brand soe in 2001 and has continued to create simple, minimalist, and sophisticated designs. Currently, as a director, he uses his fresh sensibilities and ideas to engage in a wide range of activities that go beyond fashion, such as expanding domestically and internationally and collaborating with artists.

This exhibition is a display of Ito's collection of piggy banks. He began actively collecting from a young age, before he even had time to think about things. His collection, which now numbers over 200 items, is centered around vintage piggy banks from around the world, particularly America and Europe, and includes items with familiar, iconic motifs, as well as local products, characters, food, and animals, spanning a wide range of genres and eras. Each item is more than just a piggy bank; each one is an object with its own story, allowing us to enjoy its individuality and shape, while also offering insight into its background and the era in which it was created, seemingly harboring multiple layers of value. Approximately 100 piggy banks from the collection will be on display at the venue.

To coincide with this exhibition, T-shirts and original stickers featuring drawings on the theme of "money," a collaboration between Soe and Kagami Ken, will be sold exclusively at VOILLD and M.I.U.
Don't miss this rare opportunity to get a glimpse of Ito's aesthetic sensibility through this diverse and humorous collection, which has previously been little known.
