The "BVLGARI Hotel Tokyo" will occupy seven floors, from the 39th to the 45th floor, of the mixed-use building planned for construction as part of the Yaesu 2-Chome North District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project. Located in a highly convenient central Tokyo area, the hotel is within walking distance of popular tourist attractions like the Imperial Palace and shopping areas like Nihonbashi and Ginza. Its proximity to Tokyo Station and the financial and business districts of Nihonbashi and Marunouchi makes it an ideal location for business travelers. Guests will enjoy a comfortable stay in 98 rooms, ranging from twin and double rooms to luxurious suites and the ultimate Bvlgari Suite. Iconic spaces such as Il Bar, Il Ristorante, and the fireplace lounge all feature outdoor terraces. The hotel also features Il Cioccolato shops and a ballroom with a spacious outdoor space. The approximately 1,500m² Bvlgari Spa offers an exquisite well-being experience, including pampering treatments, retreats, and grooming. The on-site state-of-the-art fitness gym and 25-meter indoor pool promise an even more luxurious experience. As with previous Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, the interior design will be handled by the renowned Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The hotel embodies Bvlgari's core values of contemporary design, exceptional craftsmanship, and intricate details, incorporating the essence of sophisticated Italian style to create functionally superior spaces. Bvlgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin commented, "I am extremely proud to announce the opening of the Bvlgari Hotel in Tokyo, a major step for Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. Japan is a strategically important market for Bvlgari, where we have been doing business for 30 years. We believe that the perfect fusion of jewelry and hospitality will meet the expectations of our guests, who demand high-quality service, not only in our Bvlgari stores but also in this magnificent hotel, which offers luxurious services and reflects the spirit of Bvlgari."
