Taylor Swift has released a Spotify-exclusive release, "Spotify Singles."

Taylor Swift is an American singer-songwriter with seven Grammy Awards under her belt. Her sound has evolved from the country-influenced style of her debut to a more diverse range, including hip-hop and R&B. She's also the subject of endless gossip, with her relationship troubles and feud with Kanye West expressed through social media and her music.

The "Spotify Singles" release she recently released is a popular program in which top artists from various genres record one original song and one cover song, and distribute these two songs as a set to Spotify users. Taylor Swift's Spotify Singles collection features an acoustic re-recording of her own song "Delicate" and a cover of Earth, Wind & Fire's classic "September," both recorded at The Tracking Room in Nashville, Tennessee.



Regarding this album, Taylor commented, "'Delicate' is about that vulnerability we all feel when someone shows up and we want them to like us. We wonder what they've heard about us and why they might not like us. Taking that step towards them can be scary and exciting at the same time. 'Delicate' is about that delicate balance between excitement and fear, and the hope that taking the chance will be worth it."

Taylor is a fan of Spotify Singles, and these two tracks were also included in her own Spotify playlist, "Songs Taylor Loves."
