Gucci selected waltz in Nakameguro, Tokyo, as the latest location for its "Gucci Places" project, which selects unique locations around the world. Limited-edition items from the "Gucci Courier" collection, a collaboration between Gucci and waltz, will be released on April 17th.

Waltz in Nakameguro, the site of this collaboration, is a shop that sells cassette tapes, records, VHS tapes, boomboxes, back issues of fashion and design magazines, books, and more. It was selected as a Gucci Place in December 2017. Nakameguro, a neighborhood where nostalgia and innovative sensibilities coexist, is reminiscent of the Gucci Fall/Winter 2016 advertising visuals, shot in Tokyo by Glenn Luchford.
