Perfume's UK concert on July 5th will be broadcast live in cinemas nationwide. The live broadcast will include both live and delayed coverage.
The live broadcast will be from the London performance of "Perfume WORLD TOUR 2nd." Tickets sold out immediately upon release, leading to a move to a larger venue, which became a hot topic. The live broadcast will begin at 4:00 AM Japan time on July 6th, with a delayed broadcast starting at 6:00 PM on the same day. All seats are reserved and the general public will pay 3,500 yen. Tickets will be on sale from June 23rd to July 4th at e+, Ticket Pia stores, and convenience stores.
Perfume's live DVD from their first world tour, "Perfume WORLD TOUR 1st," released on May 22nd, reached number one on Oricon's weekly DVD rankings. The band's first overseas tour, held last fall, was a sold-out affair, and this second leg of the tour will see them visit Europe, including Germany, the UK, and France. The final performance of the previous tour, in Singapore, was broadcast live and was watched by approximately 28,000 people.
