TAG Heuer and Porsche today unveiled the new TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Special Edition. Inspired by the design of Porsche's iconic all-electric Taycan series, this connected watch features Wear OS, a special version exclusively for Porsche owners, displaying vehicle information directly on the watch face.
This model follows the launch of the TAG Heuer Carrera x Porsche Limited Edition, which celebrated the two Maisons' rich motor racing heritage and the launch of their global partnership in 2021. Since 2015, TAG Heuer has been an unmissable force in luxury smartwatches. The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Special Edition offers Porsche owners and enthusiasts the opportunity to access a constantly growing ecosystem of TAG Heuer-exclusive sports and wellness apps, as well as elegant watch faces.
Both the watch body and software are designed in the iconic Frozen Blue colorway of the Taycan electric vehicle, evocative of the vehicle's exterior. Wearers of the TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Special Edition will have access to an exclusive watch face that is only available to owners of this special smartwatch.
The watch face, with a design inspired by printed circuit boards and racing circuits, offers a vibrant visual effect that connects TAG Heuer watches and Porsche cars, linking them with technology and speed. The watch also features the ability to display information such as the vehicle's remaining battery power and total mileage directly on the watch screen for selected Porsche models.

The watch's design incorporates numerous features reminiscent of the blue Porsche Taycan. Details on the 45mm black titanium case are accentuated with the vehicle's distinctive metallic Frozen Blue hue.
The case is crafted from lightweight, sandblasted black titanium for a sporty feel. The polished black ceramic bezel features a 0-400 scale, corresponding to Porsche's vehicle speed, and can be used to read vehicle functions and heart rate.
The black steel crown, surrounded by black rubber, features a frozen blue lacquered TAG Heuer shield logo, while the pushers are finished in the same iconic blue hue. The "Porsche" inscription at the bottom of the bezel and the "100" at the top of the bezel are also frozen blue.
The titanium caseback is engraved with "TAG Heuer x Porsche" around the LED heart rate sensor used for the fitness functions.
The strap is reminiscent of the iconic design used in the interiors of Porsche cars. The carbon-look black calfskin with blue stitching design is reminiscent of the leather finish found in car interiors in both color and construction. The strap has a rubber base for a comfortable, sporty fit. As with all TAG Heuer Connected watches, the strap can be interchanged with a spare black rubber strap included.
The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Special Edition is part of the new generation of TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 watches, which combine elegance and performance. This 45mm watch with a ceramic bezel exudes the feel of a traditional high-end watch. The enlarged crown, which is thicker than a regular watch, provides an easy access to the touch and allows for effortless app operation on the go. The mechanical-style pushers are a nod to the 162-year tradition of TAG Heuer, a high-end watchmaker. Equipped with a customized version of Google's Wear OS system, it features exclusive timers and sports and wellness apps showcasing TAG Heuer's deep expertise in motorsport and other sports timekeeping. The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Special Edition also features a suite of cutting-edge fitness features, including guided workouts integrated into the TAG Heuer Sports app.
Compared to previous-generation TAG Heuer Connected watches, the watch features comprehensive technical improvements, including a brighter screen with improved contrast and 30% longer battery life than its predecessor. With typical use, a full charge lasts a full day. Using Bluetooth 5.0, data transfer between paired watches using iOS or Android apps is even faster.
The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Special Edition features the exclusive "Circuit" watch face, available exclusively to owners. The Porsche watch face has been available since the third-generation TAG Heuer Connected Watch and has proven extremely popular. The new "Circuit" watch face features a frozen blue accent color and a design that evokes electrical circuits (a nod to both the Taycan electric vehicle and the TAG Heuer Connected Watch itself) and racing circuits.
The three chronograph-style complications can display data directly from the watch itself, such as a pedometer or heart rate monitor, or data directly from the selected Porsche vehicle. Eligible models include the Panamera (G2 II models from 2022 onwards), Panamera (G2), 911 (992 models from 2022 onwards), 911, Cayenne (E3 models from 2022 onwards), Cayenne (E2 II), 718, Macan II/III, Macan, and Taycan.
Owners of the above eligible Porsche models can connect their watch to their vehicle and display data in the watch face complications. To do so, simply connect to your vehicle using the dedicated Wear OS My Porsche app built into the watch. Four functions will be available at launch. The first displays the car's remaining battery power and works with both Porsche all-electric and plug-in hybrid models.
The second displays information about your vehicle's range. It shows you how many kilometers you can drive before your battery or fuel runs out. The third is a shortcut to the My Porsche app on Wear OS, which allows you to conveniently control your vehicle's climate control. The fourth function shows you the total distance traveled by your vehicle. To activate these functions, you need a Porsche ID, a Porsche Connect subscription and the My Porsche app installed on your watch and smartphone.
