The facility is located a seven-minute walk from Exit 7 of Meiji-Jingumae Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, between Shibuya and Harajuku. It is located in an area popular with people with unique lifestyle preferences, including food and fashion. The goal is for the facility to become a landmark in the Jingumae area, where the streetscape changes with each street and various cultures intersect.
The facility's development concept is "GOODY CULTURE." "GOODY" is a new lifestyle movement that has been spreading in Japan since the Great East Japan Earthquake. It is not just a term that describes superficial taste or coolness, but rather it places value on the richness that comes from obtaining something that is carefully made and whose maker is visible.
The facility will feature a collection of stores that propose a "GOODY" lifestyle. Asia's largest brand house for sports apparel brand Champion will open on the B1 and 2nd floors, while the 3rd to 10th floors will be home to restaurants popular with young people. The new values of young people, who consider not just cost-effectiveness but also taste, atmosphere, and comfort, have been named "Cost Performance 2.0," and the lineup will feature popular casual foods that you'll want to share.
  "BUTCHER'S CAMP YAKINIKU ZENIBA"
"BUTCHER'S CAMP YAKINIKU ZENIBA"
"Sushidokoro Torahide," a sushi bar specializing in fresh fish, will open on the third floor. Enjoy reasonably priced sushi made with ingredients carefully selected by the purchasing staff of our directly managed Tsukiji wholesaler, Mizuoto Suisan, from the Goto Islands, Odawara, and throughout the country. "Kushikatsu & Okonomiyaki & Teppanyaki Bar Naniwa" on the fourth floor is a collaboration between a popular Osaka kushikatsu restaurant and a teppanyaki restaurant. This Osaka bar offers fluffy, crispy creative kushikatsu and a wide variety of mini-sized skillet okonomiyaki, paired with a wide selection of bottled wines and fruit cocktails carefully selected by a sommelier. On the fifth floor, Eric South Masala Diner will serve Southern Indian cuisine and spicy grilled dishes cooked in a stone oven. The recommended menu item is the thick-cut spiced bone-in lamb steak. Opening on the tenth floor is Butcher's Camp Yakiniku Zeniba, a new yakiniku restaurant using natural lava plates. Cooking at a low temperature of 230°C and using far-infrared rays will help retain the flavor and moisture, allowing you to fully enjoy the original taste of juicy meat.
Other stores include "Thai Dining Krung Siam Gems Jingumae" on the 6th floor, "Gyoza Boy" on the 7th floor, "Obanzai Hachiya" on the 8th floor, and "Udon and Sake Marujin," a new genre of udon izakaya, on the 9th floor, with one store per floor, making up 8 stores opening for the first time in the Jingumae area and 7 stores with new business concepts.
Come experience the new style of Gems that can be enjoyed by everyone who uses Jingumae, whether they are working, playing, or traveling from overseas.
