Glorious Chain Café, a chain run by DIESEL, will be collaborating with K's Brownie, a brownie shop with a red bicycle, to offer a limited-edition Christmas parfait from December 18th to 25th.


K's Brownie is a handmade brownie shop that pops up in Kichijoji, Tokyo, on weekends. Its unique moist and soft dough and fluffy, rounded shape allow you to fully enjoy the natural aroma of chocolate without using cocoa powder. The Christmas-only "Berry Merry Brownie Parfait" (1,280 yen including tax) is a strawberry parfait topped with a whole "Chocolate Chunk Brownie," K's Brownie's most popular item.

This dish allows you to enjoy the collaboration of fresh cream and custard cream topped with sweet and sour berry sauce, vanilla ice cream with a hint of seasonal strawberries, and brownies. The lavish gold leaf adorning the top of the brownie adds to the Christmas spirit.
