Green Bean to Bar Chocolate, a chocolate specialty store in Nakameguro, Tokyo, will be releasing a limited-edition collection for Valentine's Day 2018 called "VALENTINE'S LOVE" for a limited time from January 20th.


This season, with the theme of "flowers" for Valentine's Day and "fruit" for White Day, the store has prepared items with a story for each day, as if "a single feeling blossoms and comes to fruition" through the exchange of chocolate.

The Valentine's Day-exclusive "VALENTINE'S LOVE" consists of chocolate bars and bonbons that are visually appealing. The rose, a symbol of love among flowers, is chosen as the main ingredient, and each bar is carefully crafted using carefully selected red flowers and fruits that evoke love and passion, as well as cocoa beans that bring out the best in them.

This adorable bar is adorned with gorgeous rose petals. The moment you open the gold foil, you are transported to the joy of a single rose blossoming. Palo Blanco cocoa beans from Peru, which have a flavor similar to Earl Grey tea, are made into milk chocolate and scented with rose essence. Fragrant roses are enveloped in gently sweet milk chocolate, creating a delightful aroma in the mouth.

This bonbon collection features a beautiful, transparent, dome-shaped form with a jewel-like finish. The lineup uses red flower and fruit jams that evoke love and passion, and in addition to the cocoa flavor, you can enjoy a variety of textures and rich aromas, such as rose milk, rocher, and griotte, which are scented with kirsch, which are matched to the chocolate bar.
