Two new sneakers have been released as part of the first chapter of the Spring/Summer 2018 collection from Yohji Yamamoto and adidas' groundbreaking collaboration, Y-3.
The new, sleek "Suberou" sneakers are comfortable slip-ons made from a combination of neoprene and leather. Their bold style is perfect for summer, offering comfortable cushioning and a Y-3 graphic on the tongue.
The "Bashyo" features unexpected and bold elements like a thick rubber sole and this season's signature bright contrast logo graphic. The stretch canvas upper is paired with a rubber toe cap and outsole, and a Y-3 badge on the heel updates the mid-top style.

Y-3's Spring/Summer 2018 collection is divided into three chapters. The campaign visuals for Chapter 1 were photographed by Alessio Bolzoni and styled by Mauricio Nardi, and were shot on the streets of New York, where sportswear and fashion intersect. The images capture models expressing modern strength and elegance against a realistic, industrial city backdrop, creating a blend of poetry and punk spirit.
The new sneakers, "Suberow" and "Basho," will be available at Y-3 stores in Japan from December 15th.
