Products from G.I.P. Laboratory will be on display and for sale at Sendai Mitsukoshi from November 15th to 21st.
G.I.P. Laboratory secures as many original units as possible based on Western Electric, an American company known as the pioneer of audio. They verify their condition and analyze materials, structure, frequency characteristics, magnetic properties, and impedance characteristics. Most parts are individually handcrafted by skilled engineers in Yamagata Prefecture. Their advanced technology has earned them numerous Best Sound awards at the Munich International Audio Show, the world's largest audio equipment exhibition held in Munich, Germany. This is a rare opportunity to experience speakers from this internationally recognized manufacturer.

Currently, Sendai Mitsukoshi is collaborating with the local community and makers to develop "Mutsumeku TOHOKU," an initiative that aims to brand Tohoku products and promote them nationwide and globally. When some of GIP Laboratory's products were introduced at the event in June, it received a positive response from a wide range of people with an interest in "sound." This time, for a limited time, the lineup has been expanded, and the main venue, the Hikari no Hiroba on the first floor of the Jozenji Dori Building, will feature speakers such as the "GIP-5006 Speaker System," worth over 10 million yen, as well as the "GIP-FS300 Speaker System" and "GIP-225 Speaker System." A temporary listening room has also been set up on the first floor of the main building, allowing visitors to experience the difference in sound at their leisure.
