A pop-up store showcasing Salvatore Ferragamo's latest collection will be open from September 13th to 19th at the Global Message women's shoes store on the second floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi.
Paul Andrew was appointed as the brand's women's shoe design director in Fall 2016. The pop-up will feature archive-inspired shoes from the Fall 2017 collection, such as the brand's signature black and gold "flower heel" and "F"-shaped wedge, in velvet and suede, perfect for fall and winter.
Also available will be a wide selection of evolved designs of the iconic "Vara" and "Varina" ballet flats. The classic grosgrain ribbon will be made even more striking with a thicker width, and the lineup will feature fringe-like raw edge designs and unprecedented materials such as velvet and sequins. The collection also features designs adorned with Swarovski crystals and studs, reinterpreting Ferragamo's timeless icons and design expressions to evolve into innovative and creative shoes.
