To celebrate its third anniversary, Glorious Chain Cafe Shinsaibashi will be collaborating with foodscape!, a popular bakery and coffee shop in Osaka and Fukushima, to offer a menu from September 1st to 30th. The menu features a black hot dog, made with Foodscape's original black millet bread dough kneaded with bamboo charcoal, paired with vegetables, sausage, and Glorious Chain Cafe's signature sauces and toppings. The menu includes the "Black Hot Dog Egg & Sauerkraut," a combination of Glorious Chain Cafe's popular "Eggs Benedict," the "Black Hot Dog Macaroni & Cheese," topped with the American classic "mac 'n' cheese," and the "Black Hot Dog Spicy" (1,390 yen each, tax included), generously seasoned with Sriracha sauce, chipotle sauce, jalapeños, and red chili peppers. During this period, the bread served with lunch menu sets will be an original Foodscape baguette made with Hokkaido rye.
