The "Margaret Howell Fair," featuring lifestyle goods selected by fashion designer Margaret Howell and books related to her worldview, will be held at Daikanyama T-Site Books from the 7th through the 30th.
The goods will mainly feature chairs and other iconic items from the brand, while the books will be selected to inspire Margaret's lifestyle. The fair will be held in the gallery space on the first floor of Building 2 until the 13th, and in the architecture and design department from the 10th to the 30th.
Margaret, originally from Surrey, England, began making men's shirts in 1970 and opened a men's boutique in London in 1977. Many fans admire her lifestyle, and her shops in her home country of England, France, and Japan offer a total lifestyle package, offering not only men's and women's clothing but also furniture and kitchen items.
In 2006, Shueisha published a book introducing her lifestyle, "Margaret Howell's Home." Last fall, Margaret Howell's first store selling only lifestyle goods opened at Matsuya Ginza.
