Loewe's new men's bag "Belt Collection," a favorite of Jonathan Anderson himself, is now available

Aug 2, 2017

LOEWE's Fall/Winter 2017-18 Men's Collection introduces a new bag series, the Belt Collection. A favorite of creative director Jonathan Anderson himself, the Belt Collection is a new iconic bag from LOEWE, featuring a simple form stripped of ornate detailing and accented with a belt. The body is crafted from grained calfskin, which has a soft, smooth texture, while the strap is made from firm, lustrous soft calfskin. The design, which combines two types of leather, exudes a classic impression while also elegance and modern flair. The new collection includes a tote bag and a messenger bag. The vertical tote bag, the Partical Belt Tote Bag (227,000 yen), features a belt strap with white stitching that crosses the top of the body. This leather bag, which prioritizes functionality and lacks a lining, is lightweight and highly versatile. The bag features a leather zipper pocket on the inside and a magnetic closure that keeps the bag securely closed. It comes in two colors: tan and black.

The "Messenger Belt" (265,000 yen), also available in two colors, is a messenger bag designed with an iconic belt strap that wraps around the front flap engraved with the Maison's signature "Anagram." Its utilitarian design, featuring a spacious main compartment with an inner pocket, makes it suitable for a wide range of occasions, from business to casual wear. A smaller version of the same design, the "Messenger Small" (227,000 yen), is also available.

The "Belt Collection" is available at Loewe stores nationwide and the official online store.
