A large-scale exhibition of Tatsuya Tanaka, the creator of the miniature video for the opening of the morning drama "Hiyokko," will be held.

Photographer Tatsuya Tanaka, known for his work on the title sequence of the 2017 NHK morning drama series "Hiyokko," will be holding an exhibition titled "MINIATURE LIFE: Tatsuya Tanaka's World of Mimicry" at the Shinjuku Takashimaya Department Store's 11th floor special venue from September 1st to 12th. Tatsuya Tanaka, a miniature photographer who posts his daily "MINIATURE CALENDAR" on social media and has over one million followers, will be exhibiting his first large-scale exhibition in Japan. The exhibition will feature over 100 miniature photographs and dioramas depicting everyday objects, as well as a photo spot where visitors can experience miniature photography. Photography is permitted throughout the exhibition, with the exception of four new works, allowing visitors to enjoy photogenic photography. Tanaka will also be holding gallery talks on both September 2nd and 3rd, starting at 2:00 PM.
