Salvatore Ferragamo has released two new fragrances: Tuscansoul La Commedia and Uomo Casual Life.
"Tuscansoul La Commedia" (75ml/¥22,500) is the eighth eau de toilette released in Ferragamo Parfums' premier fragrance series, the Tuscansoul Quintessential Collection, inspired by the Tuscan nature that is essential to the House's art and creativity. Inspired by a passage from "The Divine Comedy," a timeless masterpiece by Dante, the Italian literary master born in Tuscany, the fragrance mysteriously expresses the unexpected developments, peppered with symbols and metaphors, through a dual, spicy scent.
The top note is a sparkling launch, with the bitter freshness of bitter orange blending with the sparkling spice of cardamom. The gradually unfolding scent of nutmeg intertwines with the spicy and sweet notes of pimento. Finally, a seductive finish of smoky guaiac wood and dry vetiver brings this unisex lyric poem to a quiet close.
The men's fragrance, Uomo Casual Life, is a fresh and dynamic scent that epitomizes the positive and energetic Italian style. Its top notes are a blend of crisp violet leaf and spicy cardamom, accented with lemon. Next, warm ambrox and mellow geranium unfold, leaving a soft, bitter aftertaste like iced coffee. The base notes transform into a sensual, masculine scent, enveloped in elegant white cedarwood and comforting musk.
The powerful and sophisticated silver metallic bottle and the clear blue perfume embody the dynamic, inquisitive man Salvatore Ferragamo envisions. The eau de toilette comes in three varieties: 30ml/6,500 yen, 50ml/8,400 yen, and 100ml/11,800 yen.
